What is an affirmation? One possible definition is a specific positive thought that you create in response to a current need or goal. We need to continue repeating the affirmation until it becomes a part of us, and we find ourselves believing it.

We All Send Signals


Think for a moment about all of the signals people send. As much as some try we cannot compartmentalize our lives. We are all affected by our spirituality, our intellect, our emotions, and our physical ability, and each area of our lives affects the other.

You Gotta Be Positive!


Remember Des?ree? She had a great song out in 1994, entitled ?You Gotta Be?. It was one of the most uplifting, encouraging and energizing songs I?d ever heard. Don?t? believe me? Bet you want to start dancing around the room (especially if you're listening to the CD!).
