Submiting the Criminals to The ICC! Everybody concerns about justice in the World should bedelighted because the call to submit the criminals in Sudanto the International Criminal Court(ICC) becomes a realitylast Thrusday in the UN's corridors! The UN Security Council voted 11-0 to refer a sealed list of51 people accused of crimes against humanity in the SudaneseDarfurian region to the ICC. The USA, China, Brazil and Algeria abstained after the lastminute wrangling led by the US to exempt its citizens fromsubmission to the ICC, some media sources said. Now the suprise at the UN was the abstention of the USA andChina. Each of those two countries has its own attitudes andinterests towards the sitution in Sudan. The USA has alwaysbeen the sole player in the International Channels to accusethe Sudanese Dictatorial Regime of terrorism. It launched an air-raids against a terorrist location in thecapital city of Khartoum in 1998, nevertheless the air raidsmissed its targets. That had happened because of the wrong information the USAreceived about the location of the terrorist factory. Up to this point, the air raids on Khartoum were not assuccessful as those attacks led by the suspect terroristsagainst the American Ambassies in Nairobi and Dar-a-Salam. So, what has happened today to encourage the USA to changeits attitudes and be "neutral" at the Security Councilduring the last vote?!! Seems that the USA did not want the resolution to be aprecedent and to be implemented Internationally so as not totake effects on the interantional American policy not inSudan alone but in Iraq too. The question is why Buch Administration afraid of suchinvestigations and discovery to crimes committed by any UScitizen in the Darfurian case? It's obvious that some of the Darfurian rebels has anAmerican nationalities. But that's not the strong case,since the question is, is there any "American finger" in anyDarfurian crimes? This situtaion declares very well that Buch Administrationis not after justice and it's not up to its human tasks toprotect human rights over seas. Well, I can see well that during the corridor's talks, newswas heard that China will use the Veto against anyresolution to submit those dictators to the ICC. But Chinachose to be "neutral" in the last vote. This Chinese attitude indicates that China has been forcedby the USA to withhold with the Veto. But China played thegame through the American pressures in a manner that willprevent any lose to it's interests in the Sudanese OilIndustry. Aha, Money talks too the same way as politics does! A lot of people in Africa and the Middle East now believethat those International powers do not care about humanrights. If we fight the war fair and they do not and we all die, who cares about means justifying anything, if you and I perish due to some lunatic with a nuclear weapon pointed at one of our cities or just parked in a container in downtown Las Angeles, Houston, Baltimore, Detroit or Chicago? Does it matter that you followed all the rules of war? Hell that is what the Brits did in the revolutionary war, lined up in rows and tried to fight a gentleman's war? Look there is nothing gentleman like about fighting a war or killing a member of your own species. Environmentalism and Roads in Our Forests Many environmentalists are against roads through the forest because it could disrupt wildlife, hunting areas for other mammals. They also worry about the affect on all the species living there. Mankind generally from a historical perspective has not been all that kind to the natural surroundings. The Absurdity of the Public School Monopoly The notion that local governments should have almost total monopoly control over our children's education is not only unjust and tyrannical, it is also absurd. Children need education, to be sure, but they also need food, clothing, and shelter. The same poor or irresponsible parents who public-school apologists claim will not educate their children without compulsion, might not feed, clothe, or shelter them either. Conspiracy Theory; Kill Off the Old Folks Recently I met a man in a coffee shop, a conspiracy theorist, which had me cornered and began to get into a way-out conspiracy theory. As I listened to this crazy idea, he complained about all the usual folks. The Skull and Bones, Masonic Faith, Catholic Church, Trilateral Commission, etc., explaining they were all in this together along with the Globalists trying to develop a one-world currency, nation, people, etc. It appears when ever people do not understand something or some group they label them part of the conspiracy. How Can We Elect Good Leaders? Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Men desire power. Give power to those men who have the greatest apparent altruism by nature, experience and by example. Give these beings the ability to attain those innate needs, while simultaneously helping the whole. Mankind will be fulfilled and work itself to the common good with forward progress. Other men will follow who are similar and rise up. Give those with the greatest testosterone and the killer genes something to do to use those innate needs fulfillment; things like sports, business, war, etc. Colts? Yet there is not need to cause a raucous because the free market will decide which seeds farmers buy? When a Corporate farmer plows under the crop for next season sometimes he uses the old seeds for new life next season. In which case he might have a problem with the newest Genetically Modified Terminator Seeds. Well then if this will be the case he should use a different seed, which will spring up next season and grow, non-terminator seeds? It's all about choice? Do not like Monsanto and their new GM Seeds? Then buy the seeds elsewhere. There are benefits to terminator seeds for instance a farmer who farms two or three seasons and is paid as part of his yield for purity, he does not want the old crop of something else mixed in with the new crop he is taking to market. When a small farmer of let's say Mustard Seed holds some of his acres for harvest for the seeds of the next season, he can use those seeds again and maybe some left over for others too. Meaning he can sell those extra seeds and offset some costs for his over head. Also this past week had an email conversation with a gentleman from NC in a small business regarding weak trademark and service mark case law in several states and at the Federal Level and how that affected him and the owner of a mark in Ohio. Also discussed the issues with an Aussie who now lives in BC Canada with regards to a cross border US Competitor using a name he intends to use and has already used in Canadian Commerce. First use laws and case laws are different that in Canada and the US. And certainly no trademark is worth a dollar in China. Some would disagree if you have the right attorney there in that country. I had mentioned these types of issues in a letter to the FTC and discussed the problems with patent law and not knowing, the patent books, which explain all this are over 400 plus pages now and when you are done reading them you may or may not know enough to get the job done.
