Not many years ago the liquid vitamin supplement was unheard of. I remember the advent of the pills years ago and later on the capsule. That 10-20% goes even lower as we age (especially we seniors darn it) as we have a heck of a lot less stomach acid required to break down these pills and capsules. Thus the case for the liquid vitamin and minerals which have a 98% absorption rate, literally 5 -10 times that of standard pills and capsules.
