Where would your business be without a proper plan? Abusiness plan sets the direction for the future of thebusiness. It gives the business owner or manager a senseof guidance, listing the goals and objectives of thebusiness from the start.

Writing a business plan requires your attention; asuccessful business plan cannot be rushed. Once aconcept for a business has been developed, looking atthe many facets of owning and operating your businessis the next most crucial step.
