If this happens, you will want to immediately check out the background information of the recall, look over the packaging, brand names, and serial numbers of your product, and get in contact with the manufacturer. A few different sources keep track of recall information, so if you are in doubt check out the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and Consumer Reports.
